Assorted Microbrands
Role: Designer & Chalk Artist
OVERVIEW
Beyond Datto’s core brand, I developed distinct visual identities for internal initiatives, corporate events, and employee-driven programs. From branding Datto’s first virtual Go-To-Market Kickoff to creating identities for Employee Resource Groups and the inaugural WITcon, I crafted design systems that fostered community, connection, and company culture.
Go-to-Market Kickoff
A high-energy kickoff to align Datto’s Revenue teams
OUTCOMES
With Datto’s annual Go-to-Market Kickoff shifting online for the first time in 2021, I designed a visual identity inspired by the event’s theme, "Elevate." I also created custom swag and packaging, designed keynote presentation decks, and art directed breakout session materials, ensuring the virtual experience captured the excitement and polish of an in-person event.

Employee Resource Groups
Distinct brand identities for employee-led groups
OUTCOMES
Datto’s four Employee Resource Groups—Latinx, Pride, Culture, and Women in Tech—needed distinct visual identities to unify their messaging. Through ongoing collaboration with ERG leaders, I developed logos, presentation templates, swag, and branded assets that authentically represented each group’s mission and created a recognizable presence within the company.
WITCon
Datto’s first Women in Tech Conference
OUTCOMES
For the inaugural Women in Tech conference, I created the event’s visual identity, logo, slide deck templates, promotional materials, and event brochure. I also art directed a Designer in developing social graphics, ensuring a compelling and engaging brand across digital and print materials.
