OVERVIEW
Otis is a pet health platform providing affordable, online access to pet telemedicine. As a Contract Designer & Design Advisor, I collaborate with the founding team to refine design assets from financing materials and storytelling to landing pages and product features.
Streamlining Pet Allergy Care
I redesigned the Otis allergy treatment flow to reduce cognitive load and increase clarity and customer confidence. We replaced dense email threads with a modular, self-service experience, integrated into the existing Otis customer portal. Pet owners can now easily review their pet’s diagnosis, explore treatment details, and place their order all in one place.
The existing flow started with a detailed email explaining diagnosis, treatment plan, and cost. It then required a follow-up email to accept and check out. While informative, the format made it easy for customers to miss key context or feel overwhelmed.

Vet-centered layout that emphasized continuity with the original email experience, but breaks it into digestible parts:

Landing Page Redesign
When users reported confusion around the Otis process, pricing, and available prescriptions, I designed multiple landing page variations for A/B testing, focusing on clearer messaging and improved layout. The final redesign successfully minimized confusion and achieved a 30.66% click-through rate, increasing clarity and conversions.
